Our service is as an online application service provider used to facilitate the Electronic Application process in order for foreign nationals to visit regions in Russia. Our agents assist in obtaining your Travel Authorization from the Russian government which we then provide to you. Our services include, properly reviewing all of your answers, translating information, assisting with filling out the application and checking the entire document for accuracy, completeness, spelling and grammar review. In addition we may contact you via email or phone for additional information in order to process the request. You may read more about our services in the “Premium Service” section of this website.

Prior to making payment for the travel authorization, you will have an opportunity to review all the details you have provided on your screen and make changes if necessary. If you have made an error, it is important that you correct it before proceeding. Once you have confirmed the details, you will be prompted to enter your credit card details for our service charge.

Non Responsibility

eVisa Russia is only applicable to Russia eVisa government website by processing the client’s information. The ultimate decision lies with the government of Russia and eVisa Russia cannot be held responsible for the Russian government result. eVisa Russia will not be held responsible for eVisas that are granted by the Russian government when the client provides false information.

eVisa Russia is responsible only for submitting the application on behalf of the applicant and cannot be held responsible for the result of said application, as approval is subject to the government’s authorization. eVisa Russia cannot be held responsible for eVisa applications results that are produced from providing erroneous information or from a mistake made by the applicant. This site and company are not to be held responsible for a delay with the eVisa application as the response time is handled by the government.

eVisa Russia is only responsible for verifying that all documentation has been provided and for correcting the document's format as required by the government before the application is submitted. application.evisasrussia.com is not responsible for the documentation data, such as name, passport number, city of birth, etc.

Suspension of Service

eVisa Russia reserves the right to suspend it service temporarily without providing advance notice to its clients in any of the following situations: when service must be suspended because of changes to the system management, technical difficulties, updates, or other reasons; when services cannot be maintained because of war, riots, labor disputes, or other public disturbances; when systems have to undergo urgent or standard maintenance; when services cannot be guaranteed because of an unexpected fire or failure in electricity; or when services cannot be continued due to a natural disaster, such as a flood, tidal wave, earthquake, etc.

Both the user and this website agree that eVisa Russia will not be held responsible for any damage that may result as a suspension of service, which could happen for any of the above-listed reasons.

Prohibited Use

The users of this website are prohibited from the doing any of the following: commit criminal acts; copy, publish, or share offenses against the public morality; engage in any activities that can somehow cause a disadvantage for a third party; make insulting comments to this website, third parties, or other members; participate in any activities that violate this website’s copyright or intellectual property rights (this applies to all web users); spread or use harmful computer programs: or commit any other illegal acts.

If a website member causes harm to a third party while using these services, they will be the only ones held responsible and will thus be required to pay for all costs that stem from the issue. eVisa Russia will not be held responsible for damages that are caused by members who use this site’s services.

If a user violates these Terms and Conditions, eVisa Russia reserves the right to continue with legal proceedings.

Refund Policy

Our service prides itself on transparency therefore there’s no surprises and no hidden extra charges: we charge a service fee of $59. Additionally, customers whose eVisa application is not approved may be eligible for a 100% money back guarantee.
A full refund will be processed to all users who have made their application through this website in case of application denial by the Government.

Once you have submitted your application with us, it is assumed and agreed that we will begin the submission process within 1 hour. If for any reason you wish to cancel the service before we have submitted the application to the Department of State, you will receive a refund of all prepaid fees, less $25 of processing fee for each transaction.
